All TAP partner-agencies are chosen based on need. Being a partner-agency involves an initial on-site meeting, and possibly additional meetings, with the TAP Program Manager and the collaborative development of a specific training/consultation work plan mutually agreeable to the partner-agency and the TAP Program Manager.

Development of the training/consultation work plan may include additional on-site visits, focus groups and or individual interviews with staff, volunteers, peers and clients as needed.

Upon completion of the training/consultation work plan partner-agencies will engage in a closure meeting and one three-month follow-up contact to assess the impact of the technical assistance received. Partner-agencies will be informed of the outcome of this assessment.

All Tap partner-agencies, applicants and related organizations are invited to attend a one-day skills building conference offered as part of the TAP program.
